Fees
A confirmation e-mail will be sent shortly after your registration. Within one week from registration your credit card will be debited and a receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.
If you would prefer an invoice it will also be sent to you by e-mail.

Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation: For cancellation of registration, please send an e-mail to: isabe2011@hrgworldwide.com.

EURO 150 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received before June 30. No requests for refund will be honored if received after this date.

Hotel reservations can be cancelled without any charge up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. For cancellation of SGS Veckobostäder, please see their home page.
